Mama & Me Camp is a unique opportunity to connect deeply with your daughter on a girls only camp weekend.
A space created especially for you to do nothing more than enjoy each other.
Mama & Me Camp is a time for mothers and daughters of all ages to allow the outside world to fall away. A time to relax and play together, a time to make memories and build your connection.
In crafting Mama & Me Camp I have gathered some of my favourite practitioners to bring you a gentle program of workshops and activities each chosen with you and your daughter in my heart.
During the weekend we will undertake some creative workshops , have inspiring workshop facilitators sharing their wisdom with yourself and your daughters, we will enjoy a morning yoga session and I will spend the weekend guiding all of you through mindfulness exercises, nature immersion and gentle connection exercises.
Taking the time to introduce your daughters to the power and potency of self care, retreating, stillness and connection with nature is perhaps one of the most powerful gifts a mother can share. An opportunity to empower your daughter with practices and wisdom that will support her every day in her years to come.
No computers, no phones, no tv, no cooking, no cleaning – just you , your daughter and other likeminded mamas and daughters, taking time out of your hectic modern lifestyle to deeply reconnect; to talk, to laugh and share stories around the campfire!
