You’ve heard about mindfulness, you have all the parenting books by your bedside, and you know how you want to be… grounded, calm and present.
When things are going well, you feel like your making headway. Then when under stress, your mindful parenting skills collapse. You revert to yelling, threatening and succumb to guilt afterwards.
Sometimes reading about Mindful parenting can even contribute to being more harsh on yourself!
Im offering 1.1 consultation sessions to offer you an opportunity to do the inner work. I intend to empower parents to transcend their parenting struggles with awareness, grace and purpose.
Because I hear you. Mothering is hard with all kinds of crap coming up. You get triggered by old issues you don’t even know you have.
But let me tell you this: You can feel calm and confident.
I received a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and Sociology (1998) and a Bachelor of Social Work (2001) from Monash University before commencing work as a Social Worker.
For my entire professional career I have worked with families and in particular women and children managing difficult life transitions and situations.
My passion is supporting mothers to be the best that they can be and helping them relearn to connect deeply to their motherhood intuition. Throughout my professional work and own personal motherhood experience of over 16 years, I have explored how mindfulness and motherhood are a potent blend.
I bring together all my professional development and experience to support mothers respond empathically and effectively to themselves and their children.
