A change in personal circumstances of the Camp ticket holder does not entitle the holder to a refund or exchange of the ticket. The Promoter reserves the right to change the camp itinerary or venue without prior notification. No refunds will be available in the event of a change of itinerary, relocation, or poor weather. Refunds are available if the event is cancelled entirely. Only the value of the ticket (not booking fees, electrical, insurance, personal expense or travel that customers have incurred to get to the event) will be refunded.
The Promoter is not liable for any damage, compensation, loss or expenses as a result of the event being cancelled, postponed, relocated or changed for whatever reason.
