This Mindful Mamas intensive circle blend the deeper work of mindful mothering with the power of meeting in sacred circle to create a life-changing experience.
Meeting fortnightly on a Term by Term basis, sitting together and welcoming one another just as we are in all our perfect imperfection the mindful mamas circle is a small and intimate group.
Join us as we delve deeper into the evidence based practice of mindfulness and self compassion, blended with the ancient practice of sitting in circle and in community with women, discovering and sharing our innate wisdom to support each other, to fill your reserves, and tend to yourself.
During Our Time Together
- You will explore mindful mothering on a deeper and more practical level learning new skills that will help reduce stress and bring you back into balance.
- You will learn the practical tools of parent and child self regulation, self compassion and emotional development.
- You will nurture yourself, learning or deepening your mindfulness practice and enjoying delicious organic whole food treats.
- You will feel safe and supported as you bring your parenting questions and struggles to a like-minded community where we are committed to share, learn and grow together.
- You will encounter opportunities for reflection, connecting, and sharing, and you will feel empowered to offer the best of yourself to your children.
Especially created with love and nurturing in mind this beautiful feminine space allows you to undertake the inner work of mothering and increase your connection with self so that you can go on to connect more deeply with your children.
Above all, through Mindful Mamas you will create the “village” that all of us parents truly need.
