Birds make their nests in circles, for theirs is the same religion as ours. The sun comes forth and goes down again in a circle. The moon does the same, and both are round. Even the seasons form a great circle in their changing, and always come back again to where they were. The life of a man is a circle from childhood to childhood, and so it is in everything where power moves. Our teepees were round like the nests of birds, and these were always set in a circle, the nation’s hoop, a nest of many nests, where the Great Spirit meant for us to hatch our children.

Mama Camp is a full weekend designed to deeply rest you mama.
A space for the outside world to fall away as we take care of you in stillness, immersed in nature, in community.
Allow yourself to receive Mama.
Be supported and held to experience parts of yourself that you may have not yet discovered or have long forgotten.
“Self-care is never a selfish act- it is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer to others. Anytime we can listen to the true self and give it the care it requires, we do so not only for ourselves but for the many other whose lives we touch.”
Parker PalmerMama Camp is an entire weekend dedicated to you.
Last years experience of this powerful retreat stretched far beyond expectation and I am now gathering women that inspire me and move me in my womanhood to share their wisdom and embodied experiences with you at Mama Camp 2018.
I am truly honoured and humbled to be creating this sacred space for you and invite you to join us as we explore mindful motherhood and ourselves in greater depths.
Especially woven with the modern mama in mind Mama Camp is a full weekend of prioritising your self care – engaging in self exploration, self compassion, mindfulness, meditation, yoga and nurturing wellbeing experiences.
A powerful blend of experiences designed to immerse you in connection – connection with yourself, connection with an amazing community of like-minded women and of course, connection with the natural world around us.
