Every mother desires to be the best mother she can be for her children.
Yet, in the modern world mothering can be fast paced, overwhelming, full of guilt and stress. As a result, we find ourselves seeking mothering wisdom from external sources and feeling as though we must be missed some vital pieces of the puzzle.
As we step into each stage of mothering we need time, space and stillness to expand into the mother we want to be. The opportunity to reflect on what motherhood brings up in us, to heal and have compassion for our experiences. Without this space our days feel less and less what we desire from our mothering experience.
Through Mindful Mamas I offer you the space to connect, the space to embrace all parts of you and your experience, the space to seek support and remember your inner wisdom.
My quest is to share everything I know about social and emotional learning, brain science, mindfulness, compassion and connection and the role they play in the successful development of our children and ourselves as mothers.
Alongside my personal experience of mothering for the last 13 years, I bring two decades of experience and study in Psychology, Social Work, and mindfulness, combining this with the honoured insight I have developed from working intensively with children and families in professional settings I have developed a parenting approach that continues to wildly benefit not only my own family but all of the children, families, and individuals I support day in and day out.
I use many tools to nourish myself and my family in this mothering journey and I am honored to share them women and mothers just like you who desire to feel better, be better and do better at mothering.
My intention is to support you, to help you disentangle your current situation and provide you with hands-on tools, methods, and information that will enable you to find the best path forward for yourself and your family.
I invite you to learn more.
