The Circle is everyday ceremony: the invention of our most ancient Godmothers, who upon witnessing the myriad ways nature exalted this humble shape, claimed it as the spiritual centre of their communities. Held by the simple rituals of opening & completion, honouring & appreciation, the Circle acts as a vehicle for both storytelling & transcending our stories. In Circle, we are conversing with the divine.
~ Baraka Elihu
In circle, like-minded mama’s come together to connect within this – our nurturing, inspiring community.
As one we put the outside world on hold and create an opportunity for women to come together in sacred space and sit in stillness. With deep reverence for each other, we connect, reflect and celebrate ourselves and each other.
When women are seen, heard and held in this way we can transform guilt, overwhelm and disconnection and honor all parts of the mothering journey so that you step away from circle feeling empowered and able to be who you need to be in your world.

The challenges of everyday life, can become overwhelming as we try to balance motherhood, business, and everything else in between.
As a Womens empowerment coach, Counsellor and NLP practitioner, I feel passionately drawn to bringing women together, creating an environment of connection and support. In this space we learn about self love, mindfulness and expanded awareness, so that we may grow and become the best version of ourselves, and by doing so this creates a ripple, positively affecting all those we love and share our time with.”

“I am deeply honoured to have the opportunity of hosting Mindful Mamas in my community.
The need for a women’s circle within my small country town has been showing up for quite some time. A nurturing space which allows self love and awareness of what it is that lights up your soul as you journey through motherhood.
Through my own experience in mindfulness and committing to putting myself first, I began to congregate balance and calm, slow down, and be more present. What I found the most inspiring was surrounding myself with like minded women and understanding we are all in this together. It is here I came to realise my passion and purpose for women’s wellness through mindfulness.
I am the creator of Soul Serenity Women’s Wellness – a heartfelt space for women to immerse themselves in massage therapies nourishing body, heart, mind and soul. I am thrilled to be offering Mindful Mamas to my clients and others wishing to take the next step in creating a balance they so desire.
I truly believe that women raising light in each other helps us to embrace ourselves fully. When women share, we begin to see ourselves, find our authenticity and release fears.
I look forward to welcoming you to Mindful Mamas in Korumburra, a space to breathe, journey and just be.”
