I see you mama. I have worked for almost 20 years professionally supporting women, children and families in every kind of government organisation – hospitals, school, corrections, foster care, child protection as well as intensively with separated families and in private practice.
So I see you mama. I have always seen you.
I know you feel disconnected from yourself and at times others.
I know you feel as though there are parts of yourself that are lost and your sometimes unsure if you will ever find them again.
I know when you birthed your first child, you also birthed yourself as a mother and sometimes feel as though you are not sure what you are doing and if you are doing anything right.
I know that guilt is your constant companion.
I know you often feel unsupported and like you are doing this all alone.
I know your tired.
This is why I create this space for you.
To reconnect you, with you so that you can reconnect with others.
